We collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, and the content of your chat messages and calls with our AI assistant.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except where required to deliver the Service.
Your data is used solely for the purposes of:
• AI assistant setup, training, and deployment
• CRM configuration and lead follow-up automation
• Client communication, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Compliance and legal documentation
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. All customer data is stored via GoHighLevel’s infrastructure and affiliated secure platforms, subject to their security policies.
Our websites and funnels may utilize cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies for tracking user behavior, improving performance, and remarketing. Users may disable cookies via browser settings.
At any time, you may request:

• Deletion of your account and personal information

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Plan of Action Marketing LLC, including informational/transactional messages (demo delivery, appointment confirmations, replies to your questions) and, if you chose that option, promotional messages. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages described above and is shared only with service providers that help us send them.
The AI Voice Machines service provides businesses with a fully configured AI-powered voice assistant capable of answering calls, booking appointments, handling FAQs, and automating follow-up via SMS/email.
This includes:
• Setup of custom AI agent (via GoHighLevel)
• Voice & logic configuration based on your business
• CRM and workflow automation setup
• Personalized demo line and onboarding support
• Trial access for 30 days with no obligation to continue
A one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $997 USD is required to initiate the 30-day trial. After the trial period, continued access to the service is offered at $697/month, which may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
All payments are processed securely via integrated payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
While the Service is designed to improve operational efficiency and client communication, we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or number of leads. Performance may vary based on industry, competition, customer response, and business participation.
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and truthful business information
• Complying with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding data privacy, telemarketing, and automated communication
• Notifying us promptly of any issues, changes, or errors that may affect service performance
We are not liable for any misuse, negligence, or third-party misconfiguration of tools connected to the AI Voice Machines service.
You may cancel the monthly service at any time by submitting a written request to
prior to your next billing date. The $997 setup fee is not refundable under any circumstances due to the labor and custom configuration involved.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if a client is found to be in violation of this Agreement or any applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our operations, technology, or legal obligations. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.
By using this Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all parts of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
